Rental terms

A deposit is mandatory at pick-up and depends on the selected vehicle. The minimum deposit is 350€, and the exact amount is shown during the booking process. Regular clients may have a reduced deposit. For drivers younger than 25, the deposit is doubled and cannot be lower than 700€. AR Rent A Car reserves the right to increase the deposit or refuse to hand over the vehicle. The deposit may be paid in any currency equivalent to the euro exchange rate.

The rental price includes casco insurance with deductible liability up to the deposit amount. In case of an accident or theft, your liability is limited to the deposit left at pick-up, starting from 350€ and above. The vehicle may also be rented with full insurance, and the surcharge depends on the vehicle class and is displayed during booking. If you purchase full insurance, with a police report, which is mandatory, you do not participate in the damage cost in case of an accident, and with returned documents and vehicle key you also do not participate in the case of theft. Full insurance does not cover damage inside the vehicle such as stained or burned seats, scratched or otherwise damaged interior surfaces.

Leaving Serbia with our vehicle is possible only with our approval and a fee of 30€. If you plan to travel outside Serbia, please inform us in advance; otherwise, the authorization for the vehicle will contain a stamp explicitly prohibiting that option.

Business hours at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport and Niš Konstantin Veliki Airport are from 07:00 to 24:00. Any pre-booked pick-up or return up to 30 minutes before or after business hours is free of charge. Pick-up or return between 00:31 and 01:00 after midnight and from 03:45 to 06:30 in the morning is charged 15€ plus VAT. Pick-up or return between 01:00 and 03:45 is charged 30€ plus VAT.

Vehicle delivery is possible and charged additionally by prior agreement.

Returning the vehicle to another location is also possible. For example, you may collect the vehicle at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport and return it at Niš Konstantin Veliki Airport or at Morava Airport in Kraljevo.

This service is charged according to the following price list:

• Belgrade Airport – Niš Airport (and vice versa): 85€
• Belgrade Airport – Aranđelovac (and vice versa): 45€
• Niš Airport – Aranđelovac (and vice versa): 85€

We reserve the right, if the selected vehicle is not available, to provide a vehicle of the same or higher class under the same conditions.
